In this role, you will work on developing and implementing ML models for tasks such as image analysis and sensor data, as well as optimizing these to run efficiently on embedded devices. You will be involved throughout the entire chain – from data processing and model training to deployment and optimization in a production environment. The work is done in close collaboration with other developers and clients, where you help drive technical solutions forward. Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and validate ML models in areas such as computer vision and sensor data
• Implement and optimize models for execution directly on embedded/edge devices
• Work on optimizations such as quantization, performance tuning, and acceleration (DSP/NPU)
• Build and improve data pipelines for collection, preprocessing, and analysis
• Participate in the entire product development chain – from proof of concept to production and verification
• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and clients
• Contribute to technical discussions and presentations

• Master's or PhD in fields such as Machine Learning, Robotics, Embedded, or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in production
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience working with ML on embedded or edge platforms
• Understanding of the entire ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment)
• Experience working with data pipelines and data processing
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience in computer vision or sensor-based ML
• Experience with optimization techniques such as quantization and model compression
• Experience with specific platforms like Qualcomm, NXP, or similar
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, or CI/CD
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
